The Morales Group is committed to giving back to the community. We want to positively impact the communities that we serve, not only through job creation, but also by supporting various local non-profit organizations.
Our seat in the Mayor’s Commission of Latino Affairs, has allowed us to sponsor programs that benefit Latinos in Indiana, such as the Mayor’s Latino Fest "Hispanic Family Celebration."
Through our involvement with the Latino Community Development (LCD), we have supported Santa Comes to Town by assisting more than 3,000 disadvantaged Latino families each year to have a Christmas meal. We have also actively participated in the Latino Swing Golf Classic, another great event for LCD community projects.
We support higher education for Latinos. From participating in round tables conducted by IVY Tech and the University of Indianapolis to providing scholarships for the National Society of Hispanic MBAS (NSHMBA) Project Stepping Stone, we believe in preparing the workforce of the future.
