Each Morales Group Client Service Representative (CSR) is fully bi-lingual enabling them to work directly with a diverse workforce, and each has a business or professional background that provides a broad perspective when working with our customer’s workforce requirements. Their in-depth knowledge leads to valuable recommendations and high satisfaction levels for employees and clients.
Enhanced Productivity, Lower Overall Costs
Our Client Service team proactively manages our workforce both on and off the worksite. They ensure that a worker’s skills match the job requirements, address work performance and attendance concerns, and conduct orientation sessions. With their customers they help manage fluctuations in workforce demand, adjust work schedules to minimize overtime, and make recommendations on process improvements to leverage the strengths of the work team.
To assist in integrating our workforce within a customer’s operations, CSRs work with their clients on cultural assimilation, serve as a liaison between worker and client, and provide customer reporting through our web-based time clocks and system software.
With multiple levels of staffing services available, Morales Group can provide the appropriate staffing support for each client. As our customer’s needs evolve, CSRs will recommend additional services that will lower their overall costs of managing their workforce.
