Morales Group Inc Supports Latino Higher Education Efforts
Company Sponsors Latino Scholarship Fund Dinner
INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana—The Morales Group, Inc was a proud sponsor of the Latino Scholarship Fund Dinner hosted by USA Funds and the Central Indiana Community Foundation on April 10 at the Scottish Rite Cathedral. The event raised $220,000 for scholarships to be awarded to Latino students. All sponsoring funds went directly to benefit students, with USA Funds generously covering all expenses.
The event included a cocktail reception, silent auction and dinner for the 525 guests in attendance. Those at the event enjoyed Mexican folk dancing and entertainment provided by Salsa and Company.
Companies and individuals contributed by purchasing tickets for the dinner, donating items for the silent auction, or by becoming a sponsor.
“We are very pleased to contribute to this effort of creating scholarships for the Latino community,” said Tom Morales, president and CEO of the Morales Group, Inc. “This is our opportunity to help deserving students further their educations.”
