Morales Group Announces Web-based Aprisa Time

INDIANAPOLIS, IndianaMorales Group recently released Aprisa Time its new 100% web-based time and labor management system. This innovative time collection system provides users more timely updates on employee time and attendance status through real time access to this information via the Internet.

“We are thrilled to introduce Aprisa Time, this innovative system will enhance our services for both employers and employees,” said Tom Morales, president of Morales Group, Inc.

Aprisa Time eliminates the need for daily timecards or written time sheets with either its personal computer or electronic time clock options. Through direct data entry into Aprisa Time, data integrity and timeliness are improved. The ability to monitor attendance, tardiness, and overtime, and evaluate this data by employee, by department, job, or location can enhance the human resource and operational effectiveness of any organization. Each data entry station can be customized with specific time clock parameters, can be configured for specific employees, and will permit both the employee and employer to access their information.

Managers, supervisors and Human Resource administrators can output data in multiple reports, and monitor total workforce hours by day, shift and department. Individual and overall workforce absenteeism, tardiness and overtime status can also be closely tracked. This data can be exported in various formats reducing data entry time and improving payroll accuracy.

The Morales Group is currently running Aprisa Time at multiple customer sites. Our goal is to have Aprisa Time available over the next 8 to 12 weeks to those interested in implementing this innovative time and attendance system. Please contact Brian McGillicuddy at 317-446-6450 or bmcgillicuddy@moralesgroup.net for more information on Aprisa Time.

Aprisa Time provides the following benefits: fast and accurate real time access to time clock data for both employee and employer; it monitors data by department, job or location; is able to customize time clock parameters; generates multiple management and H.R. reports; and reduces data entry errors by exporting data directly to MGI.
